I remember this meal because for lunch that day, I had salmon at 220 Merrill. Then I found out that our dinner was going to be salmon as well- yet I found this salmon still very delicious, though I keep saying that salmon is not my favorite fish at all.
Corn my love. Korean corns are less sweet but chewier; I like the sweetness of American corn though. Actually I like it for snacks or even breakfast.
Mustardy salsa with dill was good, though maybe a little sweet for me.
This salmon, perhaps because it was wild, was very good. I had to say it was the best salmon I ever had. I liked the glaze on it too- I never thought I would be happy eating salmon for the second time of the day.
I like having sandwiches with turkey breast and mustard. I had that kind of meal quite often, I think. I was having fun with my camera too!
