August 2007 Foodlife -3-
This was one day's breakfast for Owen.
My breakfast that day- no salmon for me! I had the tomatillo salsa left over from last night's steak(later in the posting).

This was Rick Bayless's recipe of tomatillo salsa. I liked it, though I though the coriander(cilantro) was rather too strong, perhaps.
I liked the strip steak with tomatillo salsa. It was pretty huge and I proved my worry-will I be able to finish this?-unnecessary. I was hungry for meat too......
